“Root Down aims to connect their customers to a dining experience in the same way ingredients are connected to food. There should be a seamless bond between the elements and experience, which stimulates the senses and draws people in”. ~ Justin Cucci, Owner

The design of the new Root Down restaurant located at Denver International Airport, explores the past romance of flight and travel by organically culminating a new dining experience for contemporary travel. It invites one to explore and simultaneously unravel elements to discover a new and profound dining experience. Subtle Elevation changes, views, natural daylight, and eloquently expressed re-use of materials create a cohesive palette of ingredients to captivate oneself again to the beauty of food and travel.
